The new youth Dawn Patrol Chest zip offers performance and durability at a great value. This wetsuit has many of the high-end features you will find in our Ultimate suits. The entire suit is glued and blindstitched with taping in critical stress points to increase durability.

E5 Flash Lining – Two engineered layers that funnel water rapidly out of the suit once it is hung. One of the warmest and most comfortable linings available.

E5 Yulex Natural Rubber – Yulex produces natural solid rubber from FSC®-certified forests to create wetsuits in an environmentally and socially responsible manner.

E4 Thermo Lining – Combination of E4 neoprene and thermo lining providing greater stretch and warmth

E4 Neoprene – Our premium high stretch, lightweight neoprene provides 30% more stretch, and is 20% lighter and 10% warmer than E4.

Water Based Lamination – A water based glue and lamination process that replaces the tradition harmful solvent based glues.

Recycled External Jersey – Using a 100% recycled external jersey lining that is better for the environment.

El nuevo Dawn Patrol Chest zip juvenil ofrece rendimiento y durabilidad a un gran valor. Este traje tiene muchas de las características de gama alta que encontrará en nuestros trajes Ultimate. Todo el traje está pegado y cosido con cinta en los puntos críticos de tensión para aumentar la durabilidad.

Forro E5 Flash – Dos capas diseñadas que canalizan el agua rápidamente fuera del traje una vez colgado. Uno de los forros más cálidos y cómodos del mercado.

E5Yulex Natural Rubber – Yulex produce caucho natural sólido a partir de bosques con certificación FSC® para crear trajes de neopreno de forma responsable con el medio ambiente y la sociedad.

E4Thermo Lining – Combinación de neopreno E4 y forro térmico que proporciona mayor elasticidad y calidez.

Neopreno E4 – Nuestro neopreno ligero de alta elasticidad proporciona un 30% más de elasticidad y es un 20% más ligero y un 10% más cálido que el E4.

Laminación a base de agua – Un proceso de pegado y laminación a base de agua que sustituye a las tradicionales colas dañinas a base de disolventes.

Forro exterior reciclado: se utiliza un forro exterior 100% reciclado, más respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

La nueva gama Dawn Patrol se ha fabricado totalmente pensando en la sostenibilidad, utilizando caucho natural Yulex®, laminación a base de agua y jerséis externos reciclados, al tiempo que mantiene los estándares de rendimiento de los trajes de Rip Curl.
